The garage sale was a success! We managed to bring in $400.00 and get rid of a bunch of stuff! All though looking around the house you would not be able to tell....:)
Unfortunately, the $400 had to be spent on a new A/C unit. Just what we wanted to spend money on right before a year long road trip. Ahhh, such is life!
We have plenty to do the next few weeks. My Real Estate career will be on hold at the end of the month. (A big thank you to all my wonderful clients!) I will be parking my license at GGAR. I will still be allowed to take referrals, so if anyone is looking to buy or sell, let me know and I can refer you to a wonderful Realtor.
Well, I am taking Shane to his art class, then will dropping by Goodwill to unload another few bags of clothes. I can not believe how many bags of unwanted clothes we have! Have a great day!

Lucy Found A Home!
Well, we ran into a bit of a snag. I took Lucy to Springfield to meet her new foster Mom. Amy, loved her, but her pup, Romey, did NOT! Poor Lucy tried to make friends but Romey growled and snapped at her. Jim and I think it had something to do with Lucy being a Full-Breed Basset Hound and Romey is only half Basset Hound.(Mr.Jealousy)
Luckily, I have some wonderful clients, Ruth and Marcia whom have offered to foster Lucy for the year we are traveling. They are currently seeking a new home and will have a fenced in yard for Lucy Lou to romp in and play. Lucy is very excited! She was able to meet one of her "sisters" this past week. Lucy will be living with a cat, a German Shephard, and a Yorkie.
One down and one more to go..... Poor little Annie cat has yet to find anyone to care for her. Looks like we will be referring to her as "poor little orphan Annie" soon. Is there a Daddy Warbucks out there?
